What is a pre-order?
All in-stock, non-preorders will be filled within 7-10 business days of being placed (not including weekends or holidays).
Orders are packed and shipped in Conyers, GA. Shipments are made via trackable service. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is headed your way.
Please allow 1 day for tracking information to update on your order. If you are unable to track your order, please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist.
Return and Exchange:
Customized outfits are not eligible for refund or exchange. If there are adjustments to be made,
we shall be notified within 2 business working days.
Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product of return.
All items should have the original tag, unwashed, undamaged, no perfume, deodorant or
makeup marks.
Shipping:
We have a minimal shipping cost within Riyadh and other regions. Once the order is placed
your product is delivered within 3 to 4 weeks.

certain personal information. We respect and protect your right to privacy. Your personal
Information stored does not include any financial details. We will not share your information

Custom Clothing:
Reveal your own personality through your outfit choose your style, color, and fabric. Details
such as the buttons, button thread, color and cuffs are taken into consideration when taking
your order.
When an order is placed our team takes all the necessary information from design, color, fabric
and buttons etc and if required a sample is presented to the client. The approval only takes
place after client confirmation.
